ITCA (GBR) 4.2 Head Coach

We are recruiting ITCA (GBR) 4.2 Head Coach.

The ITCA 4.2 Topper Team comprises of sailors normally aged over 10 and under 14 on the 31st December of the year in which they are selected and weighing between 33 and 45 kg. Up to 25 places will normally be offered, however, this number may vary according to the ability of competitors taking part in the indicator series (or other selection events) or if divided into North and South Teams. The intention would be to award a minimum of eight of these places to girls and eight to boys. Members of the 4.2 Team can also be members of an RYA Regional Training Group.
