In our third short film about the Topper, Colin Bristow, former Chair of ITCA (GBR), talks about the role of ITCA (GBR), widely known as the ‘Friendly Class’. Also how the Topper, as a recognised Pathway Development boat, offers RYA training and development to deliver a love of sailing for life and for some, helping to develop national, international and Olympic success.
